HEALTHY HAIR TIPS & ADVICE
- The winter months can be hard on your hair. The air is very drying so it is imperative that you keep your hair moisturized. Use plenty of conditioning treatments and even throw in a hot oil treatment every couple of weeks. Also be sure to wear satin or silk lined winter hats and scarves. The cotton/wool from those warm winter hats can be very damaging. To read more on the importance of moisture visit the information site:

- Your ends should be trimmed approximately every 6-8 weeks. Getting this done on a regular schedule promotes hair growth and a better looking head of hair. Some people fear that they are "cutting off their length" , but the fact of the matter is its not "length" when its dried out and jagged. Excessive heat styling can cause a need for you to trim more often, so put down those flat irons and curling wands! - Maintaining healthy hair consist of doing 3 main things: Condition, Trim & Moisturize. Regardless of hair hair texture, we all need conditioner. For those with fine hair, ask your stylist or sales person to recommend conditioner in a light spray form. Curly/Coarse hair needs a heavier, cream style conditioner. Having the proper moisture is in your hair, on a daily basis is also needed to prevent splitting and drying out. These things can happen due to environment, styling aids and other situations.
